Konstantinos N. Taoulas
My warmest greetings to all visitors of this site. I am Konstantinos N. Taoulas. Born in 1957, I am a graduate of the Law school of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and consequently active as a “battling” attorney since 1983.
I can fluently collaborate with you in English and German as well. In a career full of valuable experiences, I have dealt with cases belonging to a variety of law branches.
This is an effort to open up to a bigger “audience” and serve in my area of expertise, civil law courts and transactions. Please feel free and comfortable to ask me anything that you need to know about a legal matter pending, or about to pend in greek soil.

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Search or offer of real estate items for selling in collaboration with brokers, civil and administrative-tax preparation of the transaction’s file, collaboration with notaries, registrations and deletion-removal of mortgages etc.
IN REM CIVIL LAW
Property and other disputes of a similar nature, regarding real estate items, sharing-distribution of immovable property and other kinds of rights on land ownings, cadaster regstrations etc.
FAMILY LAW
Adjustment of personal and financial-property disputes among spouses, separated or divorced spouses, parents and children, parental care or custody cases etc.
HEREDITARY LAW
Syntaxis and publication of testaments, hereditary tax declarations, admission of heritage in collaboration with a notary public, when necessary, hereditary disputes, minimum legal rights on a heritage etc.)
INDIVIDUALIZED LEGAL SERVICES
Regarding cases of a different nature than the above, e.g disputes about insult and personality offences, or damages because of an unjust action, and also cases in branches beyond civil law, such as criminal and administrational law. For the latter a previous understanding and agreement will be necessary, so that it can be estimated if the office has the ability to deal with them.
